Vision of Neha Verma (Chartered Accountant of India since 2014 -Membership Numer 535454) and German Tax Consultant (Steuerberater of Germany since 2019 -Membership Number 266622) saw India and Germany AS ONE. Indian investments in Germany and German Investments in India are considered AS ONE. After a hard work and education of over 25 years; she achieved degrees of both countries (Indian Chartered Accountant and German Steuerberater) to work on this vision. To the best of her knowledge, only her father Ashok Kumar Verma and she are the only 2 persons who are members of German Institute of Tax Consultants (StBK Hessen) and Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI) so far in India and in Germany. Having achieved her goal according to her vision, AsOne Indo-German Tax GmbH was formed by her in 2019 with objectives to bridge the barriers of different laws, languages of both the countries. Her vision was to assist Indian investments in Germany and German Investments in India, thereby, bringing both these countries more closer and contribute to the progress of Indo-German Trade & Commerce.

In March 2020, her brother Arvin Verma also qualified as German Steuerberater and became a member of the German Institute of Tax Consultant (StBK Hessen) with his membership number 143763 and joined Neha Verma as Shareholder and Managing Director of AsOne Indo-German Tax GmbH.

Clients of AsOne in Germany are Indian successful companies in Germany and its clients in India are German companies getting successful in India. We have a client base comprising several Global Companies as well as individuals living and working in both countries which adds to our experience in accounting, advice on Indo-German tax and commercial laws and M&A’s.
